Contact and application forms
When you send a form we process the data you enter (name, company, email, market, message, and optionally a WeChat ID or a video link) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We store it as long as needed for the enquiry and statutory retention periods.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by a service provider acting as processor. Technical access data (IP address, user agent, time of request) is processed to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies, analytics and marketing
This website does not use analytics services, marketing pixels or tracking cookies. Only necessary technologies are used: local storage in your browser keeps your language preference and your cookie choice. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie settings in the footer. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which requires your IP address to be transmitted to Google for delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
